Dr. Aharon Dotan is a biologist working with Environmental science and nature conservation.
Integrates love of nature and practical activity for the protection of nature and environment. Worked for the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel as a guide, director and researcher, as a researcher at the institute for nature conservation studies (Tel-Aviv Univ.) and as a scientist at the Israel Union for Environmental Defense.
Worked extensively for many years as a freelance ecological consultant. Mainly in the fields of: Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Planning, Marine and Coastal Ecology, Water quality and Wildlife Ecology. Conducted many field surveys and wrote reports, statements and other documents, often as a member of a team. Has served as the ecological consultant of the Committee for National Infrastructures. Has been a lecturer at the Beit-Berl College, teaching Biology and Ecology, for 31 years.
